Manager Delivery - Core Banking

Subject Matter expertise in at least 3-4 modules in Flexcube 11.2 and 14 version especially in Payments, Trade finance, CASA , Loans , Interest & Charges, PC etc.

Manager is a resource who manages medium size/complex application from development/support perspective. The person needs to exhibit strong independent contribution

Manage a diversified team of professionals both onshore, offshore and outsourced who are responsible for critical applications delivery & support bank wide.

Responsible to understand the BRD and effectively convert the business requirements to Functional specifications and manage end to end delivery

Conduct system analysis and provide support to the business needs of the bank.

Functional expertise in the assessment of issues and initiatives to support and enhance systems with concern manager.

Review business requirements against existing and proposed systems and Analysis of functional requirement change impact to existing systems.

Helping the development team in explaining the Banking concept and to verify for the correct issues resolution/functionality developed by the team

Ability to prepare high level scenarios and its test data to run POC for internal bank changes without testing team support

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) arising from production system disruption and ensure no impact on production due to change deliveries

Prepare and maintain documentation describing custom configuration and parameterisation of 3rd party provided solutions.

Awareness of API source mapping and module level access provision in flex

Knowledge in taking and analyzing the debug and to understand the issue for resolution

Responsible for Service Optimization, Delivery excellence with proven expertise

Focus on regulatory, control & audit requirements and manage all known risks related to team and systems that can impact security of data, system downtime, incidents etc.

Co-ordinate and handover the deliveries to the RUN Team for post-production support.

Ensure all processes adhere to internal standards set as part of Quality & Audit, Infrastructure Management Guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

8+ Years of experience in FLEXCUBE 11.2 version

Having hands on experience in FCUBS 14 version OBDX, OBPM, OBTF is a BIG plus

Very good exposure to Retail Banking and Channels is must

Knowledge of Oracle PL / SQL programming is must

Should have worked as part of functional consultant in Bank’s Product Designing with respect to Business requirements

Strong understanding of SDLC and testing process

Experience of Banking Operations in particular Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance and other related Banking channels
