Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements
- Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR)
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Coordinate with the technical team for customization and integrations
- Conduct user training sessions and system demos
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
- Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Assist in testing and system deployment
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and workflows
- Business process analysis and requirement gathering
- Basic knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Odoo implementation projects
- Familiarity with documentation tools & process mapping
- Odoo certification (plus point)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Experience Requirement
- 2–3 years of experience as an Odoo functional consultant
