Odoo Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze client business requirements
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR)
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Coordinate with the technical team for customization and integrations
  • Conduct user training sessions and system demos
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
  • Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations
  • Assist in testing and system deployment

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and workflows
  • Business process analysis and requirement gathering
  • Basic knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle
  • Good communication and client-handling skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on Odoo implementation projects
  • Familiarity with documentation tools & process mapping
  • Odoo certification (plus point)

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

Experience Requirement

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Odoo functional consultant
