Odoo Functional Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate client needs into effective Odoo solutions. Candidates with a solid grasp of Accounting (or clear accounting concepts) will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support various Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, document workflows, and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper customization and integration of Odoo modules.
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Odoo functionalities.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system operations.

Required SkillsMust-Have

• Strong grip on Accounting or a clear understanding of accounting concepts.
• Ability to use a computer confidently and efficiently.

Desired

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and requirements-gathering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with Odoo ERP (Functional role) is an advantage, but not mandatory for strong candidates.
