Supply chain Sourcing Analyst

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst to support our procurement and vendor management processes. The ideal candidate will identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for products, services, and materials
• Maintain and update supplier database and track sourcing metrics
• Analyze supplier proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement team to understand requirements
• Prepare reports and insights on supplier performance, costs, and market trends
• Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with supplier/vendor sourcing platforms and procurement tools
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
