JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and help enhance our digital products through insightful analysis and collaboration. In this role, you will analyse user behaviour, product performance, and operational data to uncover opportunities and guide product improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses, solve problems, and contribute to creating intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, a product-focused mindset, and a basic understanding of UI/UX principles. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, along with experience using Postman for API testing and validation, is essential for success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES:

1. Cross-Functional Product Support

  • Support cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development) in enhancing money transfer experience & services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to help improve user experience across ACE's app and website.
  • Participate in sprint planning and assist in coordinating tasks with technical teams.

2. User Journey Audits & Testing

  • Perform monthly audits of the app and website by executing key use cases, ensuring end-to-end reliability.
  • Test new app versions and assigned tasks prior to release to validate performance, stability, and alignment with requirements.
  • Provide clear testing notes, captured issues, and recommendations to Product Specialist/Lead and IT teams.

3. Data & Behaviour Analysis

  • Analyse user interactions, customer data, and journey behaviour to identify usability issues or performance bottlenecks, and support optimisation initiatives
  • Review funnels to identify drop-offs, friction points, and areas for improvement.
  • Create user cohorts and segmented funnels to understand behavioural patterns.
  • Interpret user behaviour data and contribute insights that support optimising onboarding, transfers, payments, and key journeys.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing scope documents, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and other supporting documentation under guidance of the Product Lead or Product Specialist.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain detailed use cases for all major product flows.
  • Support in maintaining product specification documents and the consolidated Product Book by updating flows, requirements, and changes as directed.
  • Document research findings or behavioural insights where applicable to support product decision-making.

5. Incident Logging & Escalation

  • Attend to user escalations raised by CX or other frontline teams by performing an initial review and documentation of issues.
  • Log and escalate product-related incidents promptly to the Product Specialist or Product Lead.
  • Coordinate with IT/QA teams as needed and support the resolution process by providing clear context, replication steps, and validation.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with Compliance, CX, Marketing, and internal teams to gather feedback, understand user challenges, and support product-related initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and structured communication of findings, testing outcomes, and analysis insights to Product Specialists and Product Lead.

7. Product Research, Insights & Innovation

  • Conduct structured research on customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor offerings to support product improvement and strategic planning.
  • Perform exploratory data reviews to identify patterns, user needs, and friction points that inform product enhancements.
  • Benchmark ACE’s mobile app and website against leading fintech and remittance platforms to identify innovation and UX improvement opportunities.
  • Generate insight-driven recommendations for enhancements, new features, and optimisation experiments.
  • Validate hypotheses through user feedback, usability testing results, A/B tests, and funnel behaviour analysis.
  • Summarise key research findings and innovation opportunities for Product Lead/Specialist to support roadmap decisions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years in a product, business analysis, or tech-related role.
  • Bonus: Interest or exposure to fintech, remittance, or digital payment systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
