Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP across textile manufacturing operations. The role will focus on aligning Odoo with end-to-end textile processes including procurement, production planning, inventory control, costing, quality, and dispatch, ensuring operational efficiency and real-time visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation for textile and garment manufacturing units
• Analyze and map textile-specific workflows into Odoo, including:
• Yarn, greige, dyed fabric, and finished goods tracking
• Bill of Materials (BOMs) and routings
• Batch/Lot and roll-wise inventory control
• Configure and manage Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) for:
• Spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and stitching processes
• Work centers, capacity planning, and production scheduling
• Implement costing and WIP tracking (standard vs actual costs)
• Integrate Quality Control (QC) checkpoints for fabric and garments
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, planning, and accounts teams
• Manage data migration (items, BOMs, routings, vendors, customers)
• Oversee custom developments related to:
• Shade-wise, lot-wise, and GSM-wise tracking
• Job work / subcontracting processes
• Waste, rejection, and reprocessing management
• Conduct UAT, user training, SOP documentation, and go-live support
• Ensure ERP adoption across shop-floor and management teams
• Act as the bridge between textile operations and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Textile, or Business
• 4–7 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably in textile or garment manufacturing
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (v14–v17 preferred)
• Deep understanding of textile processes:
• Spinning / Weaving / Knitting
• Dyeing & Finishing
• Garment manufacturing & stitching
• Strong knowledge of:
• Odoo MRP & Inventory
• Purchase, Sales, Accounting, and Costing modules
• Experience with lot/serial tracking, subcontracting, and multi-warehouse setups
• Ability to manage cross-functional factory teams
• Good command over documentation, reporting, and user training

Preferred Experience

• Experience in knitted or woven garment factories
• Exposure to export-oriented textile units
• Experience working with buying houses or compliance-driven environments
• Knowledge of barcode/RFID integration and shop-floor data collection
• Odoo certification or ERP project management certification (preferred)
