Production Executive

Job Description

1.Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demands and production targets.

2.Oversee the production process, including raw material handling, processing, packaging, and quality control.

3.Supervise and direct production personnel, including training and development.

4.Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

5.Analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

6.Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.

7.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualification

1.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

2.Skills:

a)Proven leadership and management skills.

b)Strong knowledge of food processing operations, quality control, and food safety regulations.

c)Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

d)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

e)Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations.

f)Experience with food processing equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
