Odoo Implementer
You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements to design Odoo solutions.

Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on client needs.

Develop custom modules and features using Odoo framework.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems.

Provide training and support to end-users during and post-implementation.

Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and best practices.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

1-3 proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation and customization.

Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, workflows, and modules.

Proficiency in Python programming and PostgreSQL database.

Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and integrations.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR is a plus.
