You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design Odoo solutions.
• Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on client needs.
• Develop custom modules and features using Odoo framework.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users during and post-implementation.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 1-3 proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, workflows, and modules.
• Proficiency in Python programming and PostgreSQL database.
• Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and integrations.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR is a plus.
