About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Odoo Procurement Consultant to join our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes along with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (Community or Enterprise).
You will be responsible for gathering client requirements, configuring Odoo procurement modules, and delivering end-to-end implementation and support services for our clients across Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities:
-> Analyze and understand client requirements related to procurement, purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
-> Configure and implement Odoo Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules as per business needs.
-> Customize procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation within Odoo.
-> Ensure smooth integration between procurement and other business modules such as Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Finance.
-> Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
-> Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
-> Collaborate with technical developers to deliver customizations and new module features.
-> Prepare and maintain functional documentation and process flow diagrams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2) 3 to 10 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, with focus on Procurement and Inventory modules.
3) In-depth understanding of Procurement, Purchase Orders, Vendor Management, and Inventory Operations.
4) Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP (v13 and above preferred).
5) Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
6) Ability to handle multiple clients and work independently or within a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):
Odoo Functional Certification in Purchase/Inventory Modules.
Knowledge of Manufacturing, Sales, or Accounting modules.
Experience in Odoo.sh or community/enterprise deployment.
Prior experience in consulting or ERP implementation projects within Tamil Nadu or South India.
