Job Title: Odoo Project Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: Short term (3 months)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of Odoo ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Odoo, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering ERP solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Coordinate with technical teams, developers, and functional consultants
• Manage project timelines, scope, and budget
• Ensure successful deployment, user training, and post-go-live support
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in ERP project management, preferably with Odoo
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
