Odoo Project Manager - Dubai

Daxin Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration.
• Analyze client business workflows and translate them into optimized, customized Odoo solutions.
• Monitor project progress to ensure milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide continuous post-implementation support to drive system adoption.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and share regular progress and status reports with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Odoo Certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience working with an official Odoo Partner
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo.sh
• Currently based in Dubai
