Odoo Project Manager - Dubai

Daxin Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, from initiation through successful deployment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Assess client business processes and design tailored Odoo solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.
• Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing post-implementation support to maximize system adoption and user satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and deliver regular progress updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Odoo Certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience working with an official Odoo Partner
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo.sh
• Currently based in Dubai
