We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Project Sales Division in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of driving sales growth while leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management to ensure sustainable growth.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Support the team in high-value negotiations and project closures.
- Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction through proactive communication.
4. Recruitment & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and onboard skilled sales professionals.
- Promote continuous learning, professional growth, and team engagement.
- Encourage sharing of best practices to enhance overall performance.
5. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE construction sector.
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
6. Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess progress and performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve efficiency and maximize revenue.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong background in project sales (e.g., tiles, marble, paints, lighting, sanitary ware, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
