ODOO TECHNICAL DEVELOPER

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of the Odoo platform. As an Odoo Technical Developer, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing Odoo solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules according to client requirements.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities in Odoo applications.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and services using web services like RESTful APIs or SOAP.
• Optimize Odoo application performance through database indexing, caching strategies, and server configurations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and end-users as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest features and developments in the Odoo platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Technical Developer or similar role.
• Minimum 5 to 10 end-to-end implementation in Odoo SH, Saas, and community version.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• In-depth familiarity with the Odoo development framework, including ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) and APIs.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git for streamlined management of Odoo customizations and developments.
• Experience integrating Odoo with external systems and services using web services like RESTful APIs or SOAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as QWeb, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with Linux server administration for deploying and maintaining Odoo instances.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies for software development.
