Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant – Finance & HR

We are looking for a dedicated Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and finalize the ERP implementation for our Finance and HR departments. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that Odoo is configured, customized, and deployed effectively to meet departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Finance and HR stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements. • Configure and customize Odoo modules including Accounting, Payroll, HR, Recruitment, and Appraisals. • Develop and deploy technical solutions (custom modules, workflows, reports) aligned with business needs. • Perform data migration, validation, and integration with third-party systems. • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues. Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications & Capabilities:

5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation, with strong exposure to Finance and HR modules. • Solid understanding of accounting standards, payroll processing, and HR operations. • Hands-on experience with Odoo Studio, custom module development, and Python. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Experience with data migration, API integrations, and reporting tools. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or HR. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.

Preferred Skills:

Odoo certification or formal training. Familiarity with Odoo.sh, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments.

Arabic language proficiency (preferred but not mandatory).
