High-Value Transactions Commission-Driven Senior Commercial Broker

We are expanding our commercial division and are seeking highly experienced, Dubai-based Commercial Real Estate Brokers with an established network and a proven track record in closing commercial deals.

This role is designed for professionals who already understand the Dubai market, have existing client relationships, and are looking for a platform that offers serious deal flow, operational support, and uncapped earning potential, without micromanagement.

Your Role

• Leverage your existing client base and market presence to source and close commercial sales and leasing transactions
• Advise investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets
• Structure and negotiate high-value transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders
• Conduct market-led advisory using in-depth knowledge of pricing, yields, and demand drivers
• Present professional investment proposals, feasibility insights, and comparative market analysis
• Maintain and expand relationships with developers, landlords, institutional investors, and private clients
• Stay current with RERA regulations, zoning, and market movements
• Operate with full autonomy while upholding exceptional client service standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
• Demonstrated success in closing commercial sales and leasing transactions
• Strong understanding of Dubai market dynamics, freehold vs leasehold areas, and regulatory frameworks
• Established network of owners, investors, and occupiers
• Commercially astute, self-managed, and results-oriented
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and advisory skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license
• Financial stability to operate in a commission-based environment
