About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales and closing deals through cold calling and direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the off-plan market, excellent communication skills, and the drive to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and promote off-plan projects to prospective clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties.
  • Proven record of closing deals through cold calls and follow-ups.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
