Off-plan Real Estate Agent

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in off-plan property sales, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and buyers
• Conduct property presentations and client meetings
• Stay up to date with market trends and new project launches
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

• Experience in off-plan real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
