Sobha Realty is hiring Off-Plan Sales Managers to join our high-performing team in Dubai. If you're passionate, client-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced real estate environment—this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell premium off-plan properties to local and international clients
• Conduct presentations and manage end-to-end sales cycle
• Build strong client relationships and close deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, French, Russian, German, Chinese, or European languages are a plus

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
