Al Amera Real Estate is a growing real estate firm in Dubai specializing in premium property sales, leasing, and investment consultancy. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated and experienced Off-Plan Property Brokers to join our dynamic sales division.

Job Description:

As an Off-Plan Property Broker at Al Amera Real Estate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan projects from Dubai’s top developers. You will guide clients throughout their property investment journey, offering expert advice, transparent service, and strong after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties .
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
• Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and follow-ups.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities based on their needs and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communication using CRM tools.
• Attend property events, developer meetings, and exhibitions to network and enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably in off-plan sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and developer portfolios.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• RERA certification (preferred or can be obtained after joining).
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus.
