off plan sales manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead our off-plan real estate division in Ras Al Khaimah. This role requires strong sales expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in UAE off-plan property sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the off-plan sales division
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and clients
• Train and mentor the sales team for maximum performance
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitor activities
• Handle negotiations and close high-value deals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE real estate experience, with a focus on off-plan properties
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
