Key responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by driving customer engagement, lead conversion, and client retention, ensuring that revenue goals are consistently met.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and investor networks to increase project visibility and revenue.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new property partners and ensure smooth integration。
- Monitor and assess partner performance, offering feedback and support.
- Provide insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Provide insights on client expectations, competitor offerings, and market trends to keep the company’s CRM approach competitive in Dubai’s real estate sector.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within Dubai's real estate development industry, specifically with off-plan projects.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Turkish, French, Russian, German, Chinese, other European languages) are a strong advantage
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with investors, brokers, and high-value clients in Dubai’s property market.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s RERA regulations, market trends, and investor preferences related to real estate developments.
