We are a high-performing, growth-driven real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in premium off-plan and secondary market properties. Backed by exclusive developer access, a motivated team, and robust backend support, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive our off-plan expansion.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven closer with experience in both selling off-plan properties and managing sales teams. If you're a strong communicator, deal-maker, and team builder, this is your opportunity to lead from the front—and earn at the top.
Compensation and Incentive:
Incentives: For achieving individual and team targets
Support: Admin, CRM, and marketing assistance provided

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and lead a team of motivated property consultants
Set monthly/quarterly sales goals and ensure team alignment
Provide coaching, feedback, and sales development training
Off-Plan Sales Strategy
Develop and implement high-performance sales plans
Guide the team on product positioning and developer inventory
Personally manage and close large-scale transactions with VIP clients
Developer & Market Engagement
Build strong relationships with key developers: Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, and others
Stay up to date on project launches, inventory changes, and pricing trends
Secure early access to launches and exclusive unit allocations
Sales Performance & Reporting
Monitor team performance via KPIs and CRM platforms
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion
Ensure compliance with RERA and internal sales policies
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience, including off-plan sales.
Proven track record in closing off-plan deals and leading high-performing sales teams
Deep knowledge of the Dubai off-plan market and top developers/projects
Strong network of developer contacts and access to launch events
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
