Johnson Tractor is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Accounting Coordinator to support daily dealership operations. This role is critical to keeping our store running smoothly—handling financial processes, sales administration, payroll support, and front office coordination.

What You’ll Do
Front Office & Administrative Support
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
- Process mail, payments, and documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Track and follow up on open items and internal requests
- Support day-to-day office operations
Cash Management & Financial Tasks
- Balance daily cash drawer and reconcile transactions
- Prepare and post bank deposits
- Manage petty cash and track discrepancies
- Assist with accounts receivable review and maintenance
Accounts Payable
- Code, submit, and track invoices for payment
- Monitor due dates and capture discounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with invoice research and reconciliation
Sales & Equipment Administration (Wholegoods)
- Set up and maintain equipment records in internal systems and TractorZoom
- Process sales documents, financing, and credit paperwork
- Support equipment settlements and registrations
- Coordinate customer signatures and documentation
Payroll & Timekeeping Support
- Review payroll reports for accuracy
- Enter PTO and adjust time records as needed
Reporting & Office Coordination
- Maintain store calendar (PTO, training, events)
- Order and manage office supplies
- Maintain tax-exempt records and customer tax settings
- Support audits, events, and operational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Outlook required)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset with cross-department collaboration
- Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR, reconciliation)
- Previous administrative or accounting experience preferred
- Dealership or equipment industry experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
