Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the smooth functioning of our office operations. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well-organized, and willing to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administration, coordination work, and documentation/record-keeping.
  • Assist in basic accounts, data entry, reporting, and support management/staff when required.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure proper upkeep of office premises.
  • Handle courier, mail, and other office-related activities.
  • Drive company vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) for official purposes whenever required.

Requirements:

  • Male candidates only.
  • Must have a valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

Education:

  • Minimum: Graduate or equivalent qualification (any stream).
