About The Role

The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all office operations, including facility and maintenance coordination, office supplies management, housekeeping supervision, and managing office boys. The role includes welcoming clients and visitors, handling incoming calls and emails, coordinating meetings, scheduling calendars, and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and well organized. You will also follow up on vendors, ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and professional at all times, and proactively identify and address any operational or administrative needs to support the team’s productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages office supply and equipment inventory, coordinates with vendors, and places timely orders to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings, reserves rooms, and prepares all necessary materials and equipment.
  • Assists with facility maintenance, reports repairs, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Organizes and maintains all physical and electronic files, helping with document retrieval and archiving.
  • Acts as a liaison between departments, providing essential administrative support to the facility management team.
  • Communicates with external vendors and service providers to coordinate facility repairs and maintenance.]
  • Provides administrative support for facility management projects, including data entry and general administrative tasks.
  • Assists with planning and coordinating facility-wide events and provides general administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in office administration, facility, or operations support
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage daily priorities efficiently
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented attitude
  • Preference for candidates residing in New Cairo
