Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin to coordinate daily operations between drivers and clients, ensure timely deliveries, prepare quotations and invoices, and support marketing and order management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, and experience handling logistics coordination and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Driver Coordination
*Coordinate with drivers to schedule and ensure on-time deliveries
*Communicate delivery timelines with clients and resolve scheduling issuesMonitor delivery status and update clients accordingly
*Maintain records of dispatch, delivery confirmations, and delays
2. Client Communication
*Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding orders and delivery schedules
*Handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
*Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
3. Quotations & Invoicing
*Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements
*Generate invoices and ensure timely billing
*Track payments and follow up on outstanding dues
*Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
4. Order & Marketing Support
*Attend marketing calls and assist in client follow-ups
*Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Maintain updated client database and sales records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
