<Responsibilities>

  • Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
  • Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings with attention to detail
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
  • Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, filing systems, and general clerical support to enhance workflow efficiency

<Experience>

  • Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and customer service excellence
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clients effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and data entry platforms
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus, showcasing familiarity with appointment scheduling and patient communication
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal assistant or office management experience that highlights multitasking capabilities and professionalism
