Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin & Recruiter to manage day-to-day office operations while supporting our recruitment and staffing needs. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, records, and supplies.
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist in candidate onboarding and maintain recruitment records.
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
