We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our software house. The ideal candidate will assist in managing office tasks, coordinating with employees, and ensuring smooth workflow across the organization. Candidates with basic accounting knowledge and strong communication skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation efficiently.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff files.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management (IT equipment, etc.).
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, record keeping, and coordination with staff.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as petty cash handling, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related discipline (mandatory).
  • 0–1 year of experience in office administration (experience in a software house is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
