Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Data Management

Maintain and update client, contact, proposal, and opportunity records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across the system.

Liaise with various teams to gather and input critical data for business operations.
Proposal & Opportunity Support
-
Assist in the preparation of client proposals, including collecting inputs and formatting documents.

Track proposal status and coordinate updates with relevant teams.
-
Share weekly progress reports on proposals and opportunities.
Timesheet Management
-
Oversee timesheet entry, tracking, and approval workflows.

Ensure timely and accurate submission and approval of timesheets.

Follow up with team members on compliance and submission deadlines.
Administrative Support

Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling meetings, calendar coordination, and managing office supplies.

Coordinate documentation and meetings across departments such as Tax, Legal, HR, and Risk.

Assist in onboarding documentation and tracking for new clients.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a point of contact for inter-departmental communication to support seamless workflows.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and propose solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

3+ years of experience in CRM management, administrative support, or coordination roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Must be currently based in the UAE
