Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative and secretarial duties
- Manage emails and phone calls with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Handle MCC-related tasks including email communication, document submissions, AutoCAD drawings, and inspection coordination.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks
- Prepare ads, flyers, and document templates
- Use AI tools to assist with office work, content preparation and social media marketing
- Coordinate with administrative and technical teams to schedule meetings, projects, works, etc.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in office coordination and administration
- Knowledge of basic accounting and AutoCAD
- Experience with AI tools
- Skills in designing ads and flyers
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle MCC and other government / legal works
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good leadership qualities.
