Office Admin/Bookkeeper

Job Overview
Refinishing Plus is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team in a full-time office administrative role with a strong bookkeeping focus. This position is ideal for someone who can manage financial tasks while also handling day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing QuickBooks Online (invoicing, payments, account tracking)
  • Creating and sending estimates and invoices
  • Processing payroll and maintaining accurate records
  • Scheduling appointments with tenants and vendors
  • Handling phone calls, texts, and email communication
  • Maintaining organized records
  • Assisting with various administrative and job-specific tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online & MS Office is required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of incoming work independently
  • Friendly, professional, and able to communicate firmly when needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Previous property management experience is a plus

Position Details:

  • Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • On-site position only — no remote work
  • No nights or weekend work
