Title experience not required, title license not required. Immediate position available for a part-time Administrative Assistant at a busy Real Estate Title Office located in South Tampa. Compensation is based on your level of title and administrative experience.
This part-time 20-25 hour per week job can evolve into a full-time position for the right candidate, with full benefits available when full-time (medical, dental/vision, paid time off, 401k and 401k matching). Schedule is flexible and can be discussed.
Strong computer skills are MANDATORY (and will be tested as part of interview process) as this position entails management of several online and internal software systems. Successful candidates will have the ability to multi-task and coordinate organizational web-based software systems. Position is in office at our Hyde Park office. Times and days have flexibility based upon your schedule.
Excellent on the job experience with on-site training and development opportunities into a more advanced position and to learn all about the real estate process at a busy and growing office.
