Office Administrative Assistant

Duties

  • Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure document quality
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft 365, One Drive, and Google Workspace tools for various administrative functions
  • Handle clerical responsibilities such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and organizing files for easy retrieval
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive communication with clients and team members

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong skills using QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs
  • Prior experience working in a construction related office is desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively
