Office Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support the closing of auctions
  • Invoicing and collections
  • Auction bookkeeping (post payments/ issue refunds/track auction related expenses for every auction.
  • Prepare and maintain auction reports in Excel
  • Answering phones and general office clerical duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Possess a friendly demeanor and experience interfacing directly with customers via phone and email
  • Knowledge of and ability to use AI
