We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations
  • Organize and file paperwork
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document quality
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, reports, and scheduling tasks
  • Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory oversight
  • Assist crew leaders with paperwork
  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent computer literacy including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical/dental receptionist is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems and calendar coordination
