Office Administrative Assistant

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Temp to hire)

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description:

  • Inventory Transactions: Ship-confirm and Receive feed shipments into/from inventory.

  • Account Payables: Code and process the invoices for expenses, Review statements for accuracy, Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.

  • Front Desk/Receptionist: Transfer calls, Sign for deliveries and assist with UPS shipments.

  • Greet visitors and page people to the office as needed.

  • Miscellaneous projects or tasks as needed.

  • Payroll: Assist with calculating timecards, Excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.

  • Previous experience in payables, customer service, data entry, or distribution would be helpful.
