$26-$28 an hour based on experience and qualifications
Please note, this is NOT a remote working arrangement, in-office work is required.
Essential Functions:
Customer service:
Answer customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and social media in both English and Chinese Mandarin
Schedule inspections and services upon customer request
Participate in marketing and outreach for new clients and maintaining customer relationships
Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data
Office administration:
Conduct billing and collections
Basic bookkeeping
Coordinate with customers, vendors, field staff
Generate documents for compliance
Keep track of projects and numbers
Develop and maintain documentation of procedures, make recommendations and improvements
Maintain the cleanness of office
Assist with timecards
Qualifications:
Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin
Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
Experience with QuickBooks and a CRM is preferred
Be detail oriented
Being punctual and on time
Respond to customers and internal requests in a timely manner
Excellent written, oral and phone communication skills
Be accessible to answer questions
Strong organizational and people skills
Able to read and enter information with accuracy
Able to multi-task & work independently
Team player with excellent people skills
Have a positive & professional attitude & demeanor
Experience and Education:
1+ Year of experience working in an office environment, 3+ years preferred
Bachelor's (Required)
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
