What You'll Do:

  • Drive daily business operations, from scheduling to team communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all action items are completed.
  • Provide key administrative support across various departments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate company databases and records.


What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Mandarin Chinese is a major advantage!
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Lark, etc.).
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for creating efficiency.
