Office Administrator

Our company looking for FEMALE Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and other documents
  • Manage and organize property files and documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

  • Working experience: Minimum of 5 year working in a administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office: Familiarity with property management software is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail: Strong ability to review and process documents with accuracy
  • Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
