Office Administrator

  • Prepare and format memos, letters, and official correspondence for internal and external use
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Maintain organized records of project documents, reports, and communications
  • Support project teams with administrative duties and document control
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and confidentiality policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
