We are looking for an energetic and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support HR functions at our Indore office.
Key Responsibilities: Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a organized, and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment — including procurement and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office upkeep and repairs.
- Handle courier, dispatch, documentation, and front-desk responsibilities.
- Organize internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office expense records, bills, and petty cash tracking.
HR & Admin Support:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and timesheets accurately.
- Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Support payroll coordination by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and maintain communication channels.
- Handle calendar management for management/team meetings and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates in alignment with hiring managers’ availability.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR and business-related information.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and support basic statutory documentation.
- Maintain office hygiene, safety, and security standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration or related field).
- 2–3 years of experience in Admin or HR Admin roles.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in calendar management and interview scheduling preferred.
- High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
