Responsibilities:


  • Visa and Immigration Processing:  Handling all aspects of clients visas, residency permits, and work permits, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Government Liaison:  Serving as a point of contact between the company and government departments like the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
  • Licensing and Permits:  Managing the application and renewal of trade licenses, business permits, and other official documents required for business operations.
  • Compliance and Documentation:  Ensuring the company adheres to all local laws and regulations by managing legal documents and staying updated on regulatory changes.
  • Employee Support:  Assisting clients with medical tests, labour contracts, and other legal formalities related to their residency and work in the UAE.
  • Document Attestation:  Facilitating the attestation of company documents and contracts by relevant government authorities.
  • Record Keeping:  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all PRO-related activities, including renewals and submissions. 
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors and oversee general office maintenance
  • Assist with HR support task such as employee onboarding and record management
  • Support management with secretarial tasks: drafting letters, managing files and preparing presentations
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
