Position Overview:

The Office Assistant will support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the NGO. The role involves assisting the management team with documentation, coordination, communication, and logistical support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine office tasks such as filing, record keeping, photocopying, and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining office databases, attendance registers, and project documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Coordinate with team members, volunteers, and external partners as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Support HR and Accounts departments with basic data entry and documentation work.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and efficient functioning of the office environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferably Commerce or Arts).
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration or NGO operations preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet operations.
  • Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Salary range

upto 20000 ( based on experience and interview)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
