Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Legal Coordination
- Prepare, check, and maintain DAPA (Development Agreement and Power of Attorney), POA (Power of Attorney), Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sale, and other property-related legal documents.
- Coordinate with advocates, clients, and government offices for document registration and compliance.
- Handle RERA registration, updates, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain and organize files for all project agreements, plans, approvals, and legal correspondence.
- Office & Administrative Support
- Assist the builder or project manager in daily office operations.
- Manage communication with clients, banks, and consultants related to legal or project documentation.
- Keep track of deadlines for registrations, NOCs, approvals, and compliance filings.
- Liaison Work
- Coordinate with municipal authorities, sub-registrar offices, and lawyers for document submission or verification.
- Ensure proper stamping, registration, and notarization of documents.
- Data & Record Management
- Maintain soft and hard copies of all legal documents.
Update records of flats sold, agreements executed, and RERA compliance
Required Skills / Experience:
- Knowledge of real estate documentation (DAPA, POA, RERA, Sale Deeds, Agreements).
- Familiarity with property registration and government processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills (in English, Marathi, Hindi).
- Experience in builder’s office or real estate firm (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PDF editing, email).
- Understanding of registration process, stamp duty, and government documentation systems.
