Timings: 9:00 AM -6:30 PM Mon to Fri

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree Engineering or related field. in Electronics/Electrical/Communication
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in patent drafting, copyright filing, and IP documentation.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, RF, VLSI, or related defense technologies.
  • Familiarity with IP databases (e.g., USPTO, WIPO, Indian Patent Office).
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear legal/technical documents.
  • Knowledge of patent laws, copyright laws, and IP compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Patent Drafting or IPR (Intellectual Property Rights).
  • Exposure to defense-related technologies or government R&D projects.
  • Experience in managing company-level patent portfolios.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Patent and Copyright Writing Specialist with a strong background in electronics to support our innovation and intellectual property (IP) portfolio. This role involves working closely with R&D and engineering teams to translate advanced electronic system designs into patentable and copyright protected documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft, file, and review patents, copyrights, and technical disclosures in alignment with company R&D outputs.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand complex electronic designs and convert them into comprehensive patent documentation.
  • Perform prior art searches, novelty assessments, and freedom-to-operate analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international IP laws.
  • Maintain and update the company’s patent portfolio and track filing deadlines.
  • Draft copyright documents related to software, simulators, training content, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with external patent attorneys, IP consultants, and legal advisors as required.
  • Support IP awareness programs for engineering and R&D teams.

Minimum Service Agreement : 24 Months Service.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
