Patent Analyst - Drafting Provisional and Non Provisional Patent Specifications

Job Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a Patent Analyst to join our team in Bangalore

Job Description:

• Proficiency in drafting/writing patent claims and technical specifications to support patent applications
• Proficiency in drafting responses to office action
• Excellent analytical skills to analyse the invention disclosure and draft the specifications in line with patent law
• Experience in patent filing & prosecution will be added advantage
• Familiarity with PCT, United States (US), India (IN) and patent laws and European (EP) practices, including the ability to draft patent claims and specifications adhering to their respective requirements and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property & Patent Law
• Excellent writing skills
• Immediate joiner located in Bangalore will be preferred

Qualification:

Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline with expertise in the mentioned IP skills
