Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Arabic, have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and preferably have experience in the same or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and operations
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate office records
- Support management with reports, documentation, and administrative needs
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and external parties professionally
- Assist with maintaining company licenses and required documentation
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in the same or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekly 2 days off

Pay: KD500.000 - KD600.000 per month
