Job Details

We are looking for an Office Administrator who can handle daily office work, maintain client communication, and coordinate with the sales team. The role also requires basic knowledge of Tally and GST-related work.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office activities
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and updates
  • Maintain simple office records and files
  • Assist with basic billing and accounting entries
  • Support GST-related data entries and documentation
  • Perform other routine office coordination tasks

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar office role
  • Basic knowledge of Tally and GST
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Organized and responsible approach to work

Candidate Should Be

  • Polite and client-friendly
  • Willing to coordinate with different teams
  • Able to manage routine work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
